Welcome to Nirom - a workplace transformation platform that empowers employees through voice-based reflections on corporate ethics, self-improvement, and mindset development. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of Nirom's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Corporate Accounts & User Access

Nirom provides corporate subscription plans for organizations. By subscribing, the organization agrees to:

• Provide accurate employee count and organizational information
• Manage employee access and user accounts responsibly
• Ensure employees follow platform guidelines and content policies
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security concerns
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under organizational accounts

3. Voice Recordings & Content

User Content: Organizations and their employees retain ownership of voice recordings uploaded to Nirom. However, by uploading content, you grant Nirom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process content as necessary to provide our services.

Content Guidelines: Users agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or harmful behavior
• Contains explicit, offensive, or inappropriate workplace content
• Impersonates others or misrepresents identity
• Violates organizational policies or confidentiality agreements

4. Corporate Subscription Plans & Payments

Pricing Tiers: Nirom offers three corporate subscription plans:

• Starter Plan: ₹500/employee/month (0-50 employees) - Total: ₹25,000/month
• Growth Plan: ₹400/employee/month (51-150 employees) - Total: ₹60,000/month
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing (150+ employees) - Contact for quote

Payment Terms: Organizations agree to:

• Pay subscription fees based on the selected plan and employee count
• Provide accurate employee numbers for billing purposes
• Payment terms as agreed in the service contract
• Notify us of changes in employee count that affect billing

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use Nirom for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from Nirom without permission
• Create multiple accounts to abuse or manipulate our systems
• Spam, harass, or engage in abusive behavior toward other users
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code

6. Buddy Friend AI Feature

Our Buddy Friend AI feature provides personalized guidance and support. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• Buddy Friend is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice
• You should consult qualified professionals for serious health or personal concerns
• Voice data shared with Buddy Friend is processed to provide personalized responses

7. Push Notifications

By using Nirom, you may receive push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). You can manage notification preferences in your device settings at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Nirom, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, software, and design, is the property of Nirom or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without explicit permission.

9. User Interactions & Community

Nirom facilitates interactions between users through comments, likes, follows, and messages. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Nirom is not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from user interactions.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Third-Party Services

Nirom integrates with third-party services including:

• Google OAuth: For authentication
• Razorpay: For payment processing
• Firebase: For push notifications
• Google Speech-to-Text API: For transcription features

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or misuse our platform
• Fail to comply with community guidelines

You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nirom is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• All content will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• Defects will be corrected

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nirom and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any content or conduct of third parties on the platform
• Any interruption or cessation of services

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nirom, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use of the platform

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Your continued use of Nirom after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
